To operate SunWebApp for your school, we collect information provided by school administrators, teachers, and parents, including student names and grade levels, parent/guardian contact information, attendance and grade records, and fee/payment status. We do not sell this information.
How we use information
Information is used solely to operate the registration, attendance, gradebook, fees, and communication features your school has set up, and to provide support when requested.
Who can access data
Access is role-based: parents see only their own children's records through the Family Portal, teachers see only their assigned classes, and administrators see school-wide data needed to run the program.
Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect data stored in SunWebApp. No online system can guarantee absolute security, and we encourage schools to use strong, unique passwords for staff accounts.
